Join us for a Free, Fantastical, and Fun Fete for the Family!
Meet WERC's educational animals! (see listing below)
Games and fun activities for the kids!
Cake and punch will be served!
EVENT IS FREE; DONATIONS GRATEFULLY ACCEPTED.

Donations of these items will help defray our costs for food and supplies for the animals in our care:
  • Paper towels,
  • high-quality wild bird seed,
  • store gift cards: grocery, department, pet supply, hardware,
  • and money.

"POSIES" by ROSIE O'POSSUM
WERC's artist in residence is hard at work creating one-of-a-kind, hand-foot-and-tail paintings for an upcoming 2013 spring boutique. The brilliantly-colored paintings will be matted and framed and available for purchase at the event. 100% of the proceeds of the sales will benefit WERC's wildlife patients and educational animals, helping provide for their food and medical care and to maintain their enclosures.

"Aver Vineyard"
Date: Saturday, March 16

Where: 2900 Soma Way, Gilroy
A percentage of the proceeds from today's wine tasting will benefit WERC. Several of WERC's educational animals will be making an appearance. Come enjoy wildlife in a beautiful setting!
"Los Gatos Birdwatcher"

Time: 11:00am to 3:00pm
Where: 792 Blossom Hill Road, Los Gatos
WERC's educational animals will once again be on display at this popular event. Los Gatos Birdwatcher is a long-time supporter of WERC.
"Chitactac-Adams Heritage County Park"
Date: Saturday, July 13
Time: 10:00am to 2:00pm
Where: 10001 Watsonville Road, Gilroy
Come meet W.E.R.C.'s educational animal ambassadors.
Learn how California Early Native Americans co-existed with wildlife and the environment. The park will be presenting hands-on activities, demonstrations, traditional crafts at this celebration of the native Ohlone People who once lived at this ancient village site.
